Amanda Saulnier, BCBA
Amanda Saulnier is a co-owner of Taproot Behaviour Consulting and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over 18 years of clinical experience in behaviour analysis. She holds a Master of Education in Learning Exceptionalities and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Behaviour Analysis at Western University.
Amanda has extensive experience implementing and supervising the Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA & SBT) approach with individuals across the lifespan, including adults in community and hospital settings. Under mentorship from FTF Behavioral Consulting, she obtained Level 6 certification to supervise others in the implementation of PFA & SBT.
Her clinical practice focuses on mentoring and supporting behaviour analysts and interdisciplinary teams to achieve high treatment fidelity, ensure compassionate and trauma-informed care, and build sustainable capacity within service systems. Amanda’s areas of expertise also include Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and sexual behaviour analysis, in which she holds certification as a Behavioural Sexologist.
