Alley Kay, BCBA

Alley began her career as a public school teacher in Massachusetts. She holds a masters degree in severe special education and has over 15 years of experience in public schools. Soon after becoming a BCBA, Alley began implementing PFA/SBT. Alley recently transitioned to work in a pediatric autism center. Her special interests include trauma assumed care, inclusion and neurodiversity affirming practices. When she is not shaping behaviors, Alley enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her family and dogs and being outdoors.
