Part 1 is not required for attendance\, but you can check it out here if you are interested! \n\n\n\nCourse Abstract: This event will review the basics of functional assessments\, including descriptive assessments and functional analyses. We will then review the Practical Functional Assessment and the benefits of that modality. Lastly\, we will review how PFAs lead into Skill-Based Treatment. \n\n\n\nLearning Objectives: \n\n\n\n\nParticipants will be able to describe the purpose of functional assessments\n\n\n\nParticipants will be able to list 3 types of functional assessments\n\n\n\nParticipants will be able to describe how a Practical Functional Assessment is conducted\n\n\n\n\nPresenter Bio: \n\n\n\nAnnaMarie Stoudenmire is a BCBA who has held certification for 9 years.
